How do I determine the correct size for helmets and guards?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For helmets, measure the circumference of your head above the eyebrows. For guards, measure the circumference of your bicep or thigh as indicated in the guide.
What is the return policy for used motocross or MTB gear?
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that have been worn on a ride.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your racing gear before your next weekend event.
Do you offer a warranty on Fox Racing products?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper care.
How should I wash my technical riding jerseys and pants?
We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air drying is preferred to maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics and graphics. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
